Always, Patsy Cline

Shoot to Kill Productions brings this classic to life! The show is based on a true story about Cline's friendship with a fan from Houston named Louise Seger. She befriended the star in a Texas honky-tonk in 1961 and continued a correspondence with Cline until her death.

The play, complete with down home country humor, true emotion and even some audience participation, includes many of Patsy's unforgettable hits such as Crazy, I Fall to Pieces, Sweet Dreams and Waking After Midnight...27 songs in all. The show's title was inspired by Cline's letters to Louise Seger, which were consistently signed "Love ALWAYS... Patsy Cline."

The role of Louise will be played by Carolyn Wong on June 9 (matinee), June 10 and 16th (evening) with LaStelle McVey performing Louise at the other 5 performances.

Call the Box Office at 936-441-7469 to see this show from June 7-17, 2012.

One Night with Elvis

World-renowned Elvis Presley tribute artist Donny Edwards will bring his act showcasing the King of Rock n Roll's entire career to Conroe, TX for a one night only show on March 18th at 7 p.m. at the historic Crighton Theatre. The show also features Roy Orbison tribute artist Wayne King and the ultimate tribute band 'Fever'.

For Edwards, like many Elvis fans, his love of the King is a lifelong affair. "Ever since I was a kid I just remember listening to him and loving listening to him," Edwards said. "My parents said that when I was 2 years old they would play Elvis records and I would shake my leg kind of like him." Edwards spent much of his teen years and early adulthood being compared to Elvis, but it was in 2002, when he won an Elvis look-alike contest in Lake Jackson, that he began to wonder if it could be a career. He has performed around the United States and the world performing approximately 200 shows a year.

Don't miss Donny at the Crighton on June 22, 2012 at 7 PM.

Texas Tornados

The initial combination of musicians of the Texas Tornados happened almost by chance at a concert performance of mutual acquaintances. After Freddy Fender, Flaco Jimenez, Augie Meyers, and Doug Sahm performed in front of a San Francisco audience, they all knew the genuine bond they felt in their music could probably be taken to another level. After they initially performed as the Tex-Mex Revue, they took the title Texas Tornados, after Sahm's song and album of that name.

Don't miss the Texas Tornados at the Crighton on June 23, 2012 at 8 PM.

Darrel's Catering

When you need someone to help you with catering for a large group, look no further than Darrel's catering. STAGE RIGHT asked Mickey (the owner) to cater a BBQ lunch for the World War II veterans that make up the Lone Star Honor Flight. Mickey went out of his way to work within our schedule and budget to give the vets a memorable lunch on stage. His brisket is incredibly moist, tender, and flavorful. His staff is enthusiastic and helpful.

Mickey was touched by STAGE RIGHT's benefit performance of No Time for Sergeants for veterans and donated his company's services that day. Support this patriotic business and you will find many more reasons to be a repeat customer.
